About the DJ
JR Electric, born in Hanover in 1983 as Jan Rolletschek, began his musical development as a DJ and producer at the age of 16.
His musical development benefited greatly from the numerous clubs in Hanover – as well as from the events taking place in the 2000s. He played with artists such as Markus Homm, Smash TV, Rafael da Cruz, Benny Grauner, the Boogie Pimps or Alex Flatner.
Performing in a variety of clubs, his style was very inspiring and yet he is always looking for new challenges. Today he describes his sound as very impulsive, changeable and individual.
