Located in the more than 100-year-old Georgspalast, the Gondel restaurant awaits you with its unique, lively, fresh regional and delicious cuisine. The Gondel offers a modern, elegant design and a unique atmosphere close to the GOP Varieté Theater Hannover. The open kitchen and the glazed longitudinal front create a special atmosphere in which you can feel at home. The restaurant caters to all tastes, whether vegan, vegetarian, fish or meat. Head chef Benjamin Kettmann and his team offer a varied selection of fresh, healthy and regional dishes every day. The Gondel combines regional German cuisine with new interpretations at the highest level of craftsmanship. There are seasonally changing menus and special dishes for special occasions such as Christmas and Easter.
